In case of the loss of the Exelbid membership ID, please send an email to the Exelbid team (exelbid@motiv-i.com). In case of the loss of the Exelbid membership password, it could be reset by using the membership ID (personal email information).

After submitting a business inquiry, you will fill out a questionnaire and the Exelbid team will review the information provided to determine if integration is possible. Once the integration is decided, you will go through the agreement, admin registration, integration test. The procedures may vary depending on your integration type.

In this case, you can block specific ads via the "Exchange > Creative" page path on the dashboard. You can also manage your ad category blocklist or advertiser blocklist via "Exchange > Lineitem settings". Please mind that too many restrictions can drop the Fill Rate.

PMP buying is a trading method that prioritizes winning a bid at a higher price than the open marketplace price. The basic usage period is 1 month, and may vary depending on the transaction situation. If you wish to trade PMP, please contact your account manager, and you will be informed of the availability and price.
CTV inventory purchases require an additional integration process. Please contact your account manager for the details.
Exelbid’s fraudulent click & impression prevention algorithm will not show duplicate or multiple clicks or impressions in your reports. However, the user is still directed to the langing page to prevent the user from seeing the error page.
If you are a publisher partner, you can check the settlement at the beginning of the following month through the "Invoice" tab on the dashboard. If you issue the tax invoice according to the media fee and tax amount on the page, you will be paid in cash according to the credit information specified in the contract as of the date of the tax invoice.

If you are a buy-side partner, both parties will confirm the numbers according to the terms of the contract, then Exelbid team issues tax invoices accordingly.

For 'main image' asset, both image & video formats can be applied. Publishers can customize the native assets to make the ads look like part of the contents.
